Please note that we ship on Mondays and Wednesdays*.
*In order for your order to be shipped on a Monday, it must be placed by Saturday at 12pm. In order for your order to be shipped on a Wednesday, it must be ordered by Monday at 12pm. If you order on a Wednesday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions, please contact us. 
We ship with UPS**. We strive for excellence, but please understand that once an order is shipped, shipping time is beyond our control. We also ask that you double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.  Please ensure that you have the correct address including the apartment number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to local courier issues and/or incorrect mailing addresses.
